The new boiler will serve the senior portion of the facility exclusively.Estimated funding from the CDBG-R grant is $55,697.FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACTThe Township Of Ewing has determined that the project will have no significantimpact on the human environment. Therefore, an Environmental Impact Statementunder the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) is not required.Additional project information is contained in the Environmental Review Record(ERR) on file at Ewing Township Municipal Building, 2 Jake Garzio Drive, EwingTownship, New Jersey, where ERR is available for review and may be examined orcopied weekdays 9 A.M. to 4 P.M.PUBLIC COMMENTSAny individual, group, or agency disagreeing with this determination or wishing tocomment on the project may submit written comments to Ted Forst, at the municipalbuilding, the designated officer responsible for receiving and responding tocomments. All comments received by August 10, 2009 will be considered by theTownship of Ewing prior to authorizing submission of a request for release of funds.Comments should specify which Notice they are addressing.
