Donatoni worked as a sales representative at Algar Enterprises, Inc., Chinetti-Garthwaite Imports for two years while he gained knowledge of the business, and then he managed the sales of the Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Jensen, Lancia, Maserati dealership for the next eight years. Frank Donatoni enjoyed working with customers like Muhammad Ali, Roger Penske, Mario Andretti, and Teddy Pendergass.
For the next three years, Frank Donatoni worked as the Regional Leasing Manager for Vanguard Leasing, Inc., the company that spearheaded exotic and high-line automobile leasing. From there, Donatoni was the managing partner for Donatoni & Partner, a company that imported luxury cars from Germany and prepared them for U.S. sales. The company had two successful storefronts, one in Wayne, Pennsylvania, and the other in Birchrunville.
As the industry grew and changed, Frank Donatoni moved to Wilmington Motor Cars in Delaware to become the Team Leader and Sales Representative of the Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Porsche dealership. He then expanded the market at Algar Ferrari of Philadelphia to the international level, and sold an average of 200 Ferraris and other sports cars per year.
Frank Donatoni then joined Brandywine Porsche in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, as a General Sales Manager in 2000. Four years later, Donatoni became the General Manager of the dealership, won the Porsche Perfect Service Award, and helped the company achieve Porsche’s prestigious Premier Dealer status. Currently, Frank Donatoni brings his 35 years of market experience in the exotic and luxury auto business to Vision Porsche in Leesport, Pennsylvania, as the Managing Director.view less
