TURNER HOME - MORNINGOn MOM, DAD and TIMMY. Mom and Dad are dressed for the beach. Timmy holds his FISHBOWL. TIMMYCall it a hunch.DADNoooo, son, we're not going to thebeach... We're off to meet...thePresident! He's giving his... State of theBeach address!MOMBut because Vicky is still suffering fromthat fishhead disease...FLASHBACK - INT. TIMMY'S ROOM - DAYVICKY <<laughs>> as she drops Timmy's TOYS into a SHREDDER. TIMMY stands calmly next to his fishbowl. TIMMYI wish Vicky had a fishhead!POOF! Vicky has a FISHHEAD. That's gottabe the dumbest place on Earth!WANDACheer up Timmy, maybe the Big Kids'room is better!CUT TO:EXT. FLAPPY BOB'S BIG KIDS' PLAY-A-RENA - LATERON A PRISON COURTYARD complete with BARBED WIRE FENCES,GUARD TOWER and WATCH DOGS. BIG KIDS pump iron, play catchusing a kid as a ball, dig holes, etc. WIDEN TO REVEAL Timmy, withCosmo and Wanda next to him as Butterflies, watching this.COSMOIf by better, you mean more scary andfrightening, then yes! It's way better!REVERSE ANGLE ON Mom and Dad saying goodbye to Timmy through athick SECURITY WINDOW. They talk on a PHONE.DADAnd now we're off to the beach! I mean,to hear the President's speech!MOMWe'll pick you up at beach o'clock! Imean beach! I MEAN THREE!!!Mom and Dad exit. TIMMYMan, can this place get any worse? Just then, FRANCIS walks up behind Timmy with FIVE PUNK BUDDIES.Francis grabs Timmy by the shirt.FRANCISWell, well.
