Preface

Fianna Fáil and the Green Party have worked well together over thepast two years providing good government for the country during aperiod of unprecedented global economic turmoil.We are now publishing the results of our Review of the Programmefor Government.Our initial Programme for Government made clear that its deliverywas based on a growth rate of 4.5%. It was negotiated prior to theworst global downturn since the 1930s.
