Resources to inspire community activists disguised as a garden club, neighborhood beautification committee, and the like.

I am the Beautification Chair for my neighborhood association, and I am always looking for ways to grow the program. (Don't be impressed, so far I have only one big event each year, and last spring I only had 15 volunteers.)

Looking for ideas and examples of other programs: newsletters, educational resources, or guides for running community programs.
