Will eat alot of power bar will help? |

says:
Although power bars are very energizing they are full with carbs (the source of inmediate energy) because they contain grains and cereals. Soy protein is very good because is a vegetable protein but the bad news are that is full with fatty acids, even if they are of the ¨good fatty acids¨. Another thing to consider is that when you are on a diet you have to eat HIGH BIOLOGIC VALUE PROTEINS that can be found on poultry, red meat, and the most important: fish. They are more important to your organism than the low biologic value proteins of vegetables like soy or brocculi. I´ve been trying this diet inicially to lose some pounds and then start a hard workout to shape the body. I´m only eating protein and salads and some vegetables, And in small portions. This diet is from MENS HEALTH magazine december 07 issue. IT WORKS AND ALOT! |

Well, i was really fit at that time. The picture is me when i was still playing rugby. Now i think i gain more than 20 pound. I need to exercise but my knee is really in pain. |

That´s so bad man, you need to focus on rehab for the knee and diet, then when you´re able, increase the exercise to get fit again, because you can do it! |
