Perform bookkeeping operations in Quickbooks, including inputtinginvoices, client data and vendor and event charges.

Organize staff employment files (including but not limited todevelopment of the Personnel Policy Handbook, IndependentContractor forms, creation of job descriptions, supervision of personnelquarterly reviews, management of individual personnel payroll,implementation of W-4 forms and health insurance, etc.)
Operations Management
o
Identify ways to continually improve the operations of the ClientServices team and to share best practices.
o
Develop and implement process documentation and/or trainingmaterials that support the operations of the Client Services team.
o
Monitor resource management and team capacity, making changes asappropriate.
o
Establish prioritization policies around issue resolution and projectmanagement.
o
Provide hands-on support to team members as they resolve internal or client issues.
o
Eliminate barriers to individual and/or team success.
o
Implement new software programs, allowing for an easier transition toa “Paperless” office.
