The Grits design is based on the Lattice ispLSI2096E-100LQ128CPLD, in a 128 pin Plastic Quad Flat Pack (PQFP). There is only oneintegrated circuit on the board. This board is built on a two-sidedboard (i.e. no power or ground plane layers) with 8 mil lines andspaces.
