Forwarding ports for Remote Desktop Connection forMultiple PC’s.

To Start Registry Editor. Click Start > run> then in the box type “regeditwithout the quotes. Hit enter key.2. Locate and then click the following registry sub key:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\TerminalServer\WinStations\RDP-Tcp\PortNumber3. On the Edit menu, click Modify, and then click Decimal.4. Type the new port number, and then click OK.5. Quit Registry Editor.
Change the port number to what you want to use, as long as it is not already being used

But, What I want to know is, what isEH-Tcpwith the port number3390? Answer:This is for Vista.You need to change this port also on all PC’s you intend to connect to.
 
 
After you get these ports changed, you need to forward these ports on yourRouterto your local static IP of the PC you want to connect to.
This works!
 
Use the ports you set in the Registry under EH-Tcp (Vista) or RDP-Tcp (XP) inport forwarding.

Open your network connections, this is server 2003, and set a static local IP foryour PC's.(XP and Vista are pretty much the same, just different locations to the Network connection in Vista). For Vista. Go to Control Panel\Network and Sharing Center\on the left side click on > Manage Network Connections.This would be your local IP not your external IP
