He was denied a job with one of the local banks because of that reason please have a look at his papers again he keeps on liaising with people who have degrees and IT expertise so they can assist him without them he cannot perform his duties. His closest friend and who is also equally uneducated managed to get him a job with Vintage Africa as a quak manager. And they shamelessly tell people that there is no need for them to get degrees because some employers are so desperate for staff that they do not bother to consult the referees on staff cv. Dennis Getuno lied that Private Safaris had sponsored him for a degree at Strathmore College and he asked for money from vintage to pay off the the debt he had at Private Safaris so he would be released - that if he left without paying it would be a breach of contract with Private Safaris. It was all a white lie. He hadn’t started classes he wasn’t in college and hasn’t gone to Strathmore for any degree course even though sources close to him tell me that he lied to the manager at Vintage that he had been attending classes for two years. And now he is struggling to try and start his degree at Strathmore he didn’t even have an admission letter the one he took to vintage was forged. Note also that Private Safaris wasn’t sponsoring him for the degree he claimed that they had paid and he insisted to be given a money in his name though Vintage Africa wanted to draft a cheque to Private Safaris so they would let hi go. At Strathmore he bribed some guy to get him fake college admission papers just like he had been advised by his friend who also works at vintage africa so they would be inserted into his file just incase the managers and auditors would ask for the same. How lucky and shameless some people are to do such corrupt acts Dennis isn’t an IT consultant like he claims he was just good in Tour plan that’s why he couldn’t be promoted at Private Safaris. He stole so many things from Private Safaris including; Flat screen monitors, Laptops, Company jackets one such brought him issues he had to hire someone (in Vintage Africa) to tell the managers at Private Safaris that it belonged to him, He stole mobile phones, Company confidential diskettes with employees’ salaries and HE KNEW HOW MUCH PEOPLE WERE EARNING AT PRIVATE SAFARIS MOMBASA AND NAIROBI THIS WAS SO UNFAIR……..I wonder how but he has a way of stealing such information even at vintage he has done the same. Company sweaters, He used to forge pay slips for people and certificates he still does the same, Safari boots, T shirts, Letter heads He stole and used the company telephone lines Safaricom postpaid and the bill came to a huge amount the same phone number, (JUST BEFORE ANYONE QUESTIONED HIM he went and looked into documents at the reception in private safaris and saw that there was a bill for that number,) he gave it to another manager in Private Safaris Mombasa so no one would ask him what was up and the bill came to be so much. He acquired mobile phones using accumulated Bonga points on Private Safaris mobile lines imagine such petty and cheap stuff. He took the company digital camera and lied that it was lost the company incurred expenses buying another one and he tried to get it reimbursed from the insurance in vain, He on MANY occasions fabricated figures and lied to purchase stuff for the company But alas! He was lying and was given money by the accountants at Private Safaris to buy who knows what for IT Department sometimes these amounts would be even as much as 20,000 and he would just get away with it. He used the company name while marketing himself telling people that he is the web administrator to PSL website when the Private Safaris websites’ admin are not in Nairobi. He took so much money from Private Safaris and gave in so many fake receipts sometimes the receipts would be altered just to fit whatever figure he wanted to get. He taught other staff at the company this trick and soon many were handing in receipts and getting money for items not bought. I hope that this isn’t happening anymore at Private Safaris and that he hasn’t introduced this at Vintage Africa. Ensure that he doesn’t bring fake receipts at Vintage Africa he is a master in this and many people in companies e.g. copycat, access Kenya know his crafty deals for petty monies.
