Driven by entrepreneurism, he founded Greenplain Consulting in Denver shortly thereafter. Serving as the firm’s Chief Consultant, Jonathan Salfeld collaborates with a wide variety of experienced professionals to ensure optimal support from the Greenplain team for clients with regulatory compliance, complete licensure, and other needs, including strong business plans that result in rapid profitability. To achieve this objective, he must not only remain current on the newest regulatory compliance issues, but perform research on new markets as well. Moreover, Jonathan Salfeld customizes services according to each client’s specific needs; while some companies entreat him for little more than licensure paperwork, others petition him to play an instrumental role in establishing the business, developing it from the ground up. Historically, this has even necessitated his firm’s financial involvement in the form of investment capital for jumpstarting an organization’s development.
Outside of work, Jonathan Salfeld maintains a passion for New Orleans, which he visits as often as possible. He especially enjoys its unique culture, including the many styles of music constantly available in the French Quarter. During football season, he roots for the New Orleans Saints.
Jonathan Salfeld remains active by backpacking, hiking, and skiing. He travels throughout Colorado and beyond to find the best slopes and backcountry paths. Additionally, he likes to ride all-terrain vehicles and take road trips around the nation.view less
