I… (More) Over 15 years experience in the Information Technology industry and during that time I have done everything from help desk, hardware, and application support; network infrastructure; and server management. I have great interpersonal and communication skills which makes me stand out a part from most IT geeks. And, I don’t deny it, I am a geek.

In my spare time I design websites and lately I have really delved in the world of social media.

If that wasn’t enough I am really passionate about purebred dogs. I am involved with exhibiting, breeding, obedience, agility, rally-o, and training. I am also involved and/or a member to a number of breed and kennel clubs: Bolognese Club of Canada (current President, past Treasurer and club Secretary), Bolognese Club of America, Canadian Kennel Club, Canine Federation of Canada, Havanese Fanciers of Canada (Webmaster), and St. Catharines & District Kennel and Obedience club. Besides a number of board positions I have held I have also given my time to web designing, club hosted/sponsored events, HFC Rescue Benefit Auction, and many times just fill in when needed.

I write for a number of magazines and blogs, both about dogs or dog related, and technology focused. My favourite blog I write for is PrettyInPinkDogs.com, which centers on my dog’s lives and offers handy advice for living with dogs. (Less)
