On May 13 President Dick Vander-stam announced the appointment of Kandee O’Leary of EBOA to the posi-tion of ABOA Secretary.Kandee began officiating 18 yearsago as a member of the North CentralBoard. Since joining the EdmontonBasketball Officials Association in1990, she has participated in 4 provin-cials culminating in this past year at4A boys’ tournament. For the past 5years, she have been on the ACACWoman’s List.Kandee replaces Stan Krawiecof CABOA who has been the Secre-tary for the past two years and whoresigned at the AGM due to familycommitments.Kandee’s duties will also includethe updating of the Association’sBylaws and PoliciesShootout in Edmon-ton June 30 - July 3in Edmonton.2.
