for the pan they use oil not lard 3oz for sm. 6oz for med, 9oz for lg i'm not saying this isn't good pizza dough just don't call it something that it isn't
this recipe is nothing like pizza huts. iworked at pizza hut for 5 years making dough every morning.first of all the water needs to be 105 degrees F exactly. second there is no seasonings or herbs mixed in the dough.third the dough is made fresh every morning,panned,allowed to rise,then stored in the refer for upto 5 hrs. not overnight,after 5 hours it is thrown away.as for you brandon no there isn't any lard used. the recipe is 4.5 cps bread flour,1.5 cps water(105 degrees)2tsp active dry yeast.3tbs powdered milk,1tsp salt,1tb sugar no oil is used in the mixing processmix in stand style mixxer for 15 mins cut into 9,16,or24oz balls for sm,med,lg
