My Grandson was taken by CPS and placed with his step sister. Her and her new husband, abuse the system, lie about their income to obtain S/8 assistance, CPS payments, and grants. I have proof of these statements. The child was taken on untrue (Proof ?) statements. The step sister, aborted her own child, the year after my grandson was born. Two years later she started actions to take custody of my Grandson, (her half brother) by lies and deceit. I believe part of her reason is guilt for aborting her own child. She is also retaliating because her parents divorced. Do these things make her a fit mother for her half brother? Her husband doesn't work, they both lie about their income. The stated my son did not have a clean environment for his son, but they are filthy most of the time. I even have statements given by Social Workers to this. CPS always gives a weeks notice before going for a home visit which gives them time to clean up their pig sty. All his allowed visits with his son ( 2 times a week previously) for 2 hours each, (now down to once every two weeks) based on more interference from CPS. They both drink (which they have stated they do not), have moved 8-9 times since being given custody of my grandson, do not inform my son of the Childs whereabouts, thus causing him to lose the small visiting privileges he still has. They have slandered me and the entire extended family with their lies. How can we fight this? My son cannot afford an attorney to assist him and I don't have the funds either. Even though CPS is doing everything in their power to place him permanently in the step sister and husband's care, the husband slanders CPS on the web ( have attached the web page). His language is so foul it would embarrass a Sailor! The step sister is almost as bad. They are interfering with the parent child relationship by forcing him to call them "Mom & Dad"! This is stated in the visitation notes by the Social Worker. He is a stay at home comic. His comics are vulgar and filthy, killing, blood, etc. My grandson is even drawing pictures of naked women. He is 6 years old. PLEASE HELP! I have documentation of these allegations. They are on the web posted by no other than the step sister’s husband. This is so heartbreaking. This has been going on for 4 years. CPS does not actively work with my son to replace him in his care. The Social Worker and his court appointed attorney do very little to assist him. They just tell him to give up. This is wrong! I have attached some web pages, please peruse them and let your conscience be your guide. If this is a fit environment for my grandson, then there is little hope of keeping families connected and children with fit parents.
