THIS ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE (hereinafter referred toas the "Assignment") ismade as of this _______ day of ___________________,200(x) by __________________________________________,whose address is _________________________________________(hereinafter referred to as the"Assignor") for the benefit of  _______________________________, whose addressis _______________________________________________ _ (hereinafter referred to as the Assignee)
 
W I T N E S S E T H :
 
WHEREAS, Assignor is the holder of that certain Mortgagetogether with the debt and Note secured thereby, in theoriginal principal sum of _____________________Dollars ($_________) given by __________________________________ as "Mortgagor",which Mortgage is recorded on the Public Records of  _____________ County, _________________ at O.R.Book _______, Page _______ and which Mortgageencumbers and is a lien upon that certain real propertydescribed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by thisreference made a part hereof (hereinafter referred to asthe "Premises"); and,WHEREAS, Assignor is desirous of assigning said Mortgage,together with the Note and the debt therein described, toAssignee; and
 
WHEREAS, Assignee is desirous of receiving and holdingsaid Mortgage, together with the Note and the debt thereindescribed, from Assignor.
