well scribd, like or not but any internetproject that is hosting content uploaded by any community is an sich a copyright infringement because by nature 90% of all your content will be a copyright infringement, like it or not. The problem with scribd is that you were doing so very selectively because when i see even your docs or from your community guy himself I think by myself, have they all written agreements by all the copyright owners to publish these documents the way they did with the characteristics of the publication (download or not - naming the author or not). What differs between your project and others is that others just destroy the content for which there is a complaint and leave the rest alone. I was warned about several problems but on 1700 documents there were what 10 complaints. Between those 1700 there were about 500 open source or public texts (of which even you publish some of them) and that you have destroyed also. And if you would have asked I would have made the documents private than they were still away from public view. Correction they were private but when i saw the number of copyrighted documents and pix published (and still are) on your site, I thought what the hec, if someone is not happy I retire his article. I still think you have acted silly and stupidly, doing it this cowardish way and that you have shoot yourself in the foot. A project like yours need quality and most of the stuff I see around here nowadays are stupid pix, porn, religious and marketing stuff and plain boring things. and even with all the money that you have received and the attention you didn't look for quality or connections to writers and researchers. If this is the way scribd is going, I will still find the jewels behind the rubbish, but there is much much rubbish around here Len

ok kids this document won't teach you step by step how to hack or maybe it will show how easy it maybe is. But is stays illegal and you have to be aware of all the possible consequences if you do it - even if you live somewhere far away. And maybe you are not afraid of the police - because they won't bother because you live in a faraway strange named country and they have other things to do, but maybe the operator of the service or the person you have hacked will be angry and may use better tools than yourself and will blow your webpresence into pieces. So think twice before you begin and don't say I didn't warn you. The number of messages here about hacking emailaccounts that I have deleted are just growing every month. So lets make this clear. This document will not learn how to hack an emailaccount. To hack an emailaccount there are only a few methods 1. the mailprovider has a securityflaw and you use the exploit as long as it is working (secunia.com) 2. You have to infect the user with a virus that has a keylogger or that sends all passwords to your email 3. You have to social research the user and try everything that you know about him/her (name, mother, music, birthdate and so on) 4. the user has written it somewhere down around the computer or in her little web-book. 5. It is the same passwords as used on another service that is hacked - infected - intercepted. that's all folks by the way, I don't do this stuff I warn others to stay secure because others do it
