I got layoff 6 weeks ago, my husband doesn't have job. We are paying our house. I aplied for help to prevent forclosure then the company loan request me information that i sent them. The customer sevice told me that I have to show them income ( my Unemployee insurance) and they got my expenses and all they need. AND SORPRISE FOR ME!!!! acording to them I dont qualify because we have unvariable interest rate. Now who can tel me? Why the presidente package cant help us? its not working for me? I still paying the loan and I dont know until when. its this help only for an specific group of people?, I am not in risck to loose my house?, and what will happend when my insurance benefit ends?. My family and I have to go to the strret? and the COUNTRYWIDE BANK WILL HAVE MY HOUSE. Oh my God the laws are protecting this big companies, they got from every one lots of money and when we need help they dont do anything. That's fear? where is the justice?
