As President & CEO, Norman F. Anderson focuses on infrastructure project creation, aimed atincreasing the level of infrastructure investment, and the performance of existing infrastructurestocks in developed and developing countries alike. In July 2008 he published “North AmericanFuture, 2025; Outlook for Infrastructure” in The Future of North America 2025; Outlook & Recommendations,” a CSISpublication financed by the Canadian, Mexican and US Executive branches.Mr. Anderson oversees CG/LA’s Leadership Forum teams and also leads the CG/LA team that develops infrastructureprojects globally; and provides high-level strategy assessment for the public (cities, states, countries, MDB’s) andprivate (finance, E&C, equipment/technology) sectors. Mr. Anderson has a graduate degree from Harvard University,and an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia. He is a former Peace Corps volunteer, who lived inParaguay from 1979-1984. He is married to the former Ingrid Sckell – they have two children,he speaks fluentSpanish, Portuguese and Guarani.

Izumi Kobayashi joined the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) as Executive VicePresident on November 24, 2008. Ms. Kobayashi came to MIGA from Merrill Lynch in Tokyo,where she was President and Representative Director. She joined Merrill Lynch in 1985 to workon the derivatives markets, and subsequently held a number of high-level global leadership roles,including serving as Director of Operations and Chief Administrative Officer. As President, Ms. Kobayashisuccessfully developed the company’s business in global financial services and its client franchise, working withinternational teams ranging in size from 10 people to over 1,000. A graduate of Seikei University in Japan, Ms.Kobayashi was featured in the October 2005 edition of the Wall Street Journal’s "50 Women to Watch", and in 2004she received the "The Business Woman of the Year" award from Veuve Clicquot.

Enrique García is President and CEO of CAF since December 1991. CAF is a multilateral financialinstitution committed to sustainable development and regional integration. Member countriesinclude Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Perú, Venezuela, Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Costa Rica, Spain,Jamaica, México, Panamá, Paraguay, Dominican Republic, Trinidad & Tobago and Uruguay, as well as 16 privatefinancial institutions.Mr Garcia was previously Minister of Planning and Coordination and head of the Economic and Social Cabinet of Bolivia (1989-1991). He was also a Governor at the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank as wellas member of the IMF-IBRD Development Committee representing Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Perú, Uruguay andParaguay.Mr Garcia has received doctoral and other honorary degrees from several universities and has been decorated by theGovernments of Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Perú, Venezuela and the Sovereign Order of Malta.

Fred P. Hochberg is the 23rd president of the Export-Import Bank of the United States (Ex-ImBank), the U.S. government's official export credit agency. In this capacity, Hochberg also servesas chairman of the board.Before joining the Clinton administration, Hochberg was president and chief operating officer of the Lillian VernonCorporation, where he led the transformation of a small, family mail-order company into a publicly traded, highlysuccessful direct-marketing corporation.He recently sat on the boards of the Citizens Budget Commission, FINCA International Micro Finance, and theHoward Gilman Foundation, and he was an appointed representative to the New York State Financial Control Board.Hochberg also served on the Board of Commissioners of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, havingbeen appointed to the position in 2008 by Governor David A. Paterson.A native of the greater New York metropolitan area, Hochberg received a bachelor of arts from New York Universityand an MBA from Columbia University. Hochberg’s partner is the poet Tom Healy.

Leocadia I. Zak assumed the duties of Acting Director of the U.S. Trade and Development Agency(USTDA) on January 20, 2009. She was named Deputy Director of USTDA in 2006 andpreviously served as General Counsel after her arrival at the agency in 2000. She also served asActing Director of the agency from April 30, 2007 through March 16, 2008.Prior to joining USTDA, Ms. Zak was a partner in the Washington, D.C. and Boston offices of Mintz, Levin, Cohn,Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. practicing in the areas of corporate, municipal and international finance. She servedas counsel in connection with a variety of project finance transactions for energy, transportation, health care,telecommunications and tourism projects. In private practice, Ms. Zak focused her attention on innovative financingprograms involving U.S. government agency financings for international projects, as well as financings by other bilateral and multilateral agencies.Ms. Zak received her B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.

Mr. Gallo has over 20 years experience in cross-border finance and is considered a leadingauthority on export credits. He has lead the arrangement of many ground-breaking export creditand multi-source financings.He is often a speaker in industry events covering export and agency financing. As part of a panel arranged by the IMFand WTO, he collaborated in the preparation of a study on trade finance in crises economies. He also recentlyaddressed the Council Working Group of the EU on capex financing and the Bern Union on Basel II andenvironmental risks. Until 2005 he was a member of the Advisory Board of the US Ex-im.Mr. Gallo holds a degree in business administration from the University of Venice.

Rubens Gama is the Minister-Counselor for Commercial Affairs and Technology of the BrazilianEmbassy in Washington, D.C. In this position, Mr. Gama oversees a team of diplomats and staff working in the areas of trade and investment, science and technology, as well as innovation andcompetitiveness.Prior to his appointment to the Embassy in Washington, Rubens Gama, a career diplomat, served in Brasilia asSenior Assistant to four consecutive Under Secretaries for Political Affairs, from 1999 to 2005. From 1996 to 1998,Mr. Gama served as Second Secretary at the Brazilian Embassy in Asuncion–Paraguay, where he was in charge of the Mercosul office. Prior to that, he served, from 1993 to 1998, in the Brazilian Mission the European Union, inBrussels–Belgium. In this position, he provided institutional assistance to the Brazilian exporters to the Europeanmarket, and was involved in the negotiations of the framework agreements between European Union and Mercosuland the Rio Group.In 1984, Rubens Gama received a B.A. degree in Economic Sciences from the Catholic University of Goias–Brazil.He recently earned a masters degree in International Public Policy at Johns Hopkins University in Washington, D.C.Besides Portuguese, he is fluent in English, French and Spanish. Rubens Gama is married and has three children.
