Students were put into groups of 5. They were given predetermined values (imagination, empathy, diversity, etc.) and were given an opportunity to trade with another student. Then the worksheet were turned over and passed around to each team member to contribute their ideas about the value. When the original worksheet retuned to its owner, it then included expanded thinking for the students to begin their task ... completing the worksheet over the weekend and preparing for video recording. Prior classes focused on public speaking skills (body language, facial expressions, etc.).
