ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
•Must be a high school senior applied to a post-secondary institution as a full time studentand have a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA or better.•Must provide documents for college admission and registration.•Must show academic and sports promise through letters of recommendation.•Must have postmarked your application on or before May 1.•Full scholarship recipients are not eligible to apply.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Please type or print the application in black ink. This is a financial support scholarship.Therefore, successful candidates must submit supporting documentation that will setthem apart from the competition. Academic and sports excellence, extra curricularactivities, community and civic involvement, etc. are factors considered in the awardingof financial support. Amounts awarded are $1,000 per student.
