The fee will be

$5.50 per ride for the occasional ride one way

if already committedto riding one way each day. Guests of children who ride the bus have been allowed toride for free. This policy will continue as long as space is available. This charge will be for the 10-month period (August – May) that the student will be ridingthe bus. Individuals will be responsible for the full payment of annual bustransportation fees.

If you are under contract and your child becomes licensedto drive, the contract ends if you choose.

The payment is

due on the 15

of each month and a

$10 late fee

will be assessed for all accounts past due. Studentsmay not be allowed to ride if payment is not made by the 25

.I understand that a first payment is due on or before August 15, 2009.My child(ren) and I have read and agree to follow the attached Bus Rules. I alsounderstand that the School has the right to change or discontinue any route at itsdiscretion. Richard Winn reserves the right to substitute transportation on anoccasional and as needed limited basis. Every effort will be made to transport childrento and from Chester on the newest and/or most mechanically reliable vehicle. Theschool also reserves the right to change the rates depending upon the number of ridersand/or unexpected expenses (i.e.: increased fuel prices).Please send this contract to the school with the first payment. A school official will sign itand a copy will be returned to you.
