Create an Office that will study all govt project if those are feasible, investigate, audit and be a member in the awards and bidding committee of govt projects. This Office will include quality and project inspectors.

hi, i downloaded a pdf copy of the platform of Senator Noynoy, i'd just like to call your attention to his middle name, It's suppose to be C, not S. kindly edit. thanks

Hi. No, the middle name of Aquino is S. You're thinking the Marcos-era habit of using the mother's maiden name as the middle initial which has gotten to be the conventional way. But for people like him, or me, for that matter, we do not use the mother's maiden name as the middle initial, but rather, the second given name: e.g. Manuel Luis Quezon y Molina, Benigno Simon Aquino III y Cojuagco etc.
