Thanks for the note Joe. I feel that even if physical abuse is not present, Parental Alienation Syndrome IS a form of emotional Child Abuse. I've read that the laws of No-Tollerance for domestic violence has uncovered an unexpected number of cases of women abusing and assaulting men - and has changed the way the courts view domestic violence. In a like manner, Parental Alienation Syndrome is now gaining recognition as an intentional form of Alienation that causes long-term emotional harm to the Child. It is preventable and is finally gaining the legal accountablility of other forms of Child Abuse. Good to see organized legal help stepping forward. Thanks again.
