From the report, we can see that the developing countries will rocket on energy useage, esp. my country China, and India, etc, compare to US. the energy use per capital is very very low here , so, there will be more CO2 stuffs, ...., recently I just watched some very good DVD by Warner Bro, An inconvinient Turth. And ' The 11th Hour', if we continue with Fosil fuel, they said the earth will be another star like Mars.. That not good. Peter
