Tony - I did consider the use of Google Docs for the final documentation and that might be the best approach so let me think about that. The reason for not using SFEU (or SQA) online resources is to try to use free Web 2.0 services for the whole development process. Joe - A delicious or furl archive is a good idea. I'll add that to the process.
