About me:
|
As a child I dreamed of becoming a writer, an actress and a woman of substance. My reality has been a bit different. I have been an office clerk, a claims adjuster, a legal secretary, a certified nursing assistant, a case worker for the disabled, a grocery cashier, and a cleaning lady. I am not sure any of them have been the true me or maybe they have all been a small piece. Maybe I am all of those and more. I am still in the process of discovering the answer. ..more to come

Comment on Why Meditation Could Save Your Life, and How to Do It!
Posted on November 5, 2007
Hello. I really enjoyed your article on meditation. I have recently been practising meditation... again.. but think I've been doing a little better this time. I've never tried the pregrounding but seems like a great idea. I noted you are reading or read Bhagavad Gita. I was working my way through it awhile ago but it got lost in the move. Did you finish it. I really had to move slow so I got as much as I could from it. Nice to meet you. aj
