palveald - I would agree with your analysis if I thought the powers who run this country had any interest in the survival and welfare of the North American people, but there is no evidence of that. They are abusing our soldiers and destroying us economically in the process. I would suggest their actions are aimed at their prosperity and survival rather than ours. I'd even go so far as to say that they view these things - our prosperity and surival and theirs - as nearly incompatible. We have sacrificed liberty, safety and prosperty for people who intend to permanently shatter our form of government, our constitution, our peace, our freedom - and for what? It's true they are fighting for something - or I should say, they are endlessly asking us to fight for something - but I have to assert it is not for us.

Honey, the congress has voted on and approved the NAU. Texas is already awash in lawsuits over their use of eminent domain to seize property for their superhighway. Too many Americans assume that if they haven't read about something it isn't real. Who really runs this country? That's the real question that must be pondered, investigated and answered before one can have a firm grasp of the political landscape. FOX, CNN and MSNBC have all covered the story.
