Conservation agreement between Mill Creek WJD #85, the US Fish and Wildlife Service, and the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks to protect the federally listed Topeka Shiner. Agreement is currently in an interim state as the USFWS requested amendments to the agreement in 2002.
