Did you complain to the FTC, or the Attorney General's Office? Not that I recommend they will do anything, but travel agents they usually do. The other thought is that every state has a Consumer Fraud Act Law, and it is automatically treble damage if you win. I am not a lawyer, but my issues are amazing, in my research I have learned that their are some cases they do accept, travel agencies are one of them. Although if they would accept it, you might be better of suing yourself, just make sure you state causes that they can not get out of. Why do a class action if you have your own suit. Expedia is big, you have damages, so it would seem that punitive damages would be in order. These companies get away with it because we let them.
