Recently it came to my attention that some of the residents in my building were having a hard time understand that people are different and have different lifestyles. I put together a bulletin board with an Alternative Lifestyle theme that will hopefully give them a better perspective on other subcultures of the world.

This is publication that is distributed monthly to all the residents of our buildings. My committee writes the articles and I edit them and assemble the document.

Since I work in Residence Life, I figure that some people would not understand the depth that my position actually consists of. This is a form that we use to evaluate my staff twice a year. Muri Valley is in Red River Gorge area of Kentucky. It has some of the best sport climbing routes on this side of the US. The diffculty ranges from easy (5.2) to difficult (5.14c).
