Derek, Probably, yes. Most jump starter with this form factor have two parallel scales on the battery meter. One is for the charging current, and the other (often colour coded red, amber and green) is the battery "health"

For trouble fee installation, install the software/drivers from the CD-ROM before you connect the webcam.
