With due respects to the Pope, shome one should tell him that Yoga is not relgion, not against any religion. It is not merely bodily exercise or anything of that sort. It is a way to find one's Soul in a peaceful manner, not offending any one. This is the need of the hour.

This edition contains some mistakes --both in Sanskrit original and in English translation. This is outdated. Also this does not contain any notes or references. I have a proposal to give a good translation with the text in Sanskrit and Roman scripts. I have already done so for the texts-Darsanopanishad, Advaya Taraka Upanishad and Amrita Nada Upanishad, all published bhy the Kuppuswami Sastri Research Institute, Chennai.
