The Military Singularity
It is an article of faith that civilizations emerge, mature and fail and that they are supplanted by new civilizations in time. A situation is considered where the military authorities of a given civilization discover a set of technologies and strategies which makes it impossible for them to be supplanted at any time in the future. Such an organization I term a Military Singularity.
