Thank you for your comments. Well, NFE and Adult Education would largely be at the basic levels (skills); whereas, post-secondary is a higher skills learning process. Also, post-secondary is considered formal education. So, NEF and Adult Education would not be - I think - a straightforward equivalent of post-secondary education. And lifelong learning and on-the-job-training are ongoing skills needed to be in sync with changing market dynamics. Kiran
