The qualities are all desirable, and this is an exceptional list of qualities found in self-confident, successful, well-rounded people. These qualities, however, have absolutely nothing to do with 'genius.' A genius is someone with exceptional intellect or creative ability, someone with an instinctive aptitude in a given area. 'Genius' is not a word used to describe one's character, which is what most of these qualities address. As h3h pointed out, many true geniuses - Bobby Fisher, Brian Wilson, and the 'Beautiful Mind' guy come to mind - have few funds in these accounts from which to withdraw. However, when these characteristics intersect with genius, you get, well, Stephen Hawking.

I'd add one more: when I'm an evil overlord, I'll use the most nondescript name I can think of...say, Ted Parks...instead of either the typical "nom d'evil" brand ("The Worloq") or my supergrandiose pedigreed name ("Dr. Godswrath Slake Rottenheart, IV").
