God Is A Fraud
Posted on March 25, 2008 |
yes builder, you are right that world functions on power, media and the followers but these are not the factors to form the basis whether God exists or not.
In view of religions, the books are the key factors to form the basis. Books will remain the same and will not be going to change; but media, power and followers won't. Conslusion about God is based on media, power and people and if they change in the future, will the conclusion about existance of God be changed then...of course it should not be so

God Is A Fraud
Posted on March 24, 2008 |
After reading this article, it seems that almost all the perception on religious beliefs about God is taken from the media or the so-called “followers” of respective religions. In my opinion, the best way to perceive a religion is to study the authentic books of that religion because, especially in case of religions, followers can give wrong impression of the right thing. Same can be the case with perception of other religions.
So Builder, in short, if the perception about belief of God in religions is based on such wrong/partial/biased studies (intentionally or uninte...

How To Achieve Peace
Posted on January 13, 2008 |
Yes you are right that peace lies in the people themselves and it does matter a lot whether the leader of a country is at peace or not.
I also need to say that India has not been a country of that much peaceful people. Besides 1971, it attacked Pakistan in 1965 and the war continued for 17 days. Moreover, more than a million people have been killed by Indian army in "Kashmir" since 1947. Also, continually increasing number of riots in India especially riots on religious basis tell a different story about the "peaceful" people of India.
