Suppressing Values 
One of the most powerful features in Crystal resides in its ability to exclude data based on meeting or notmeeting certain conditions. The benefit here is twofold: 1. the speed of a report with a table linked onlyonce is far superior to the same report with the table linked twice or more; 2. visually, it’s much simpler tolook at and join a minimal number of tables.Let’s look at an example from the PAYDEDUCTN table. The following parameters have been created:
