Team Timothy Bolivia Learns to be Flexible
Short-term mission teams often teach their partici-pants more than the people to whom they are going tominister. This year’s team was no exception. In addition tothe scheduled activities, which were many and varied VBS, music lessons, English lessons, concerts, preachingand teaching, home Bible studies, radio work, painting the Lord also had wonderful surprises in store thatstretched the team and caused great joy in being flexibleand responsive to the Lord’s immediate leading. It startedthe first day after boot camp, when Dr. Pine and Rev.Quisbert had the privilege of leading a young man to theLord. The team’s motto was “Semper Gumby!” whichgives you an idea of how flexible they had to be. For thefull story on this wonderful team ministry, please read Dr.Pine’s travel blog athttp://www.lenpine.wordpress.com.In the meantime, thanks to all who supported this work with their gifts and prayers.
