sgoal is to recognize andshowcase the diverse talentsand resources of the Punjabregion in India. This free eventis open to the general public. Itis the largest Indo-AmericanFestival in San Jose, California.

SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS FOR ALL SPONSORS
Your company name and/or logo will be included in participating tri-media and newmedia publicity campaigns and public service announcements upon the receipt of yoursigned sponsorship reservation form and your payment.
Your company name and/or logo will be included in all applicable promotionalmaterials such as posters, fliers, e-mail announcements, mentions in participatingwebsites and blogs, and social media mediums for the event, such as Facebook,Twitter, and YouTube.
Your company’s website link (a specified landing page) will be placed in the San JosePunjabi Mela’s website,
http://SanJoseMela.com for at least one year after the event.
For marketing opportunities, you will be given an exhibitor's space (size is 10 feet x 10feet) in a prime location
on a “first come, first served” basis
, a 20 feet x 20 feetcanopy, with one exhibitor's table (8 feet in length x 2 feet in width) and twochairs; appropriate and creative decoration of your booth space will be yourresponsibility, including tablecloth and table skirt or banner skirt. There is ample spacefor two company banner displays (3 feet x 5 feet at minimum, not to exceed 4 feet x 8feet) inside your exhibitor's booth. Please note that since the size of the booths is
dependent on the rental company’s products that the organizers use, the sizes we have
mentioned here are the approximate sizes, based on our past experiences.

The
Platinum Sponsor
is entitled to the sponsorship benefits for all sponsors and includes thefollowing additional benefits:
Excellent banner placement in the venue. Your company can choose to provide themain stage crew with a horizontal banner display (3 feet x 5 feet) which they will placenear or on the main stage.
An acknowledgment of your sponsorship will be done on-stage, at least once an hour.
The stage announcements will also be heard “live” in one or two radio stations with a
listening audience of 40,000 to 60,000 or more.
Your representative will be given an opportunity to present your products and serviceson the main stage for ten (10) minutes during an agreed time on the program. You canutilize your 10 minutes in any way, including your own drawing.
Optional: You can submit a 1,500-word company profile with accompanying photosand a YouTube video at SanJoseMela.com, highlighting your
company’s
civiccommitment and commentary about your involvement in the San Jose Punjabi Mela.
Your platinum sponsorship of $25,000 and over entitles your company to additionalbenefits, to be mutually agreed upon.
