SCOPING OF IMPACTS:Potential adverse impacts of the proposed text change have been identifiedas follows:
The text change will change the approval process for site plans and subdivisions.Administrative and Planning Commission decisions could be appealed to the CityCouncil. These City Council proceedings must then be conducted as de novoquasi judicial hearings. This could result in additional hearings for City Council.
