Does it matter? Doesn
’
t Yahuwah know who I amreferring to?

By Rabbi Samuel Thompson

One of the many questions, that are asked to me are the common titlesused by many Christians and even Messianic believers. Many have asked me:
“Is
it okay for us to call Yahuwah
“God” or “Lord”
?

“Do
esn
’t
Yahuwah know our hearts when we call on
“God” and“Lord”
when we think on

Him
”?
I want to now present some information that will help you understand thatit is not okay to call Yahuwah by these titles. How would you like it if someone kept calling you by a name that reallyupset you? Were you ever called names at school? How did this make you feel as a person?Do your children get picked on at school? And how does that make you as aparent feel? When you hear them complaining to you.Do you turn a blind eye and act like
it
’s

okay? And nothing bad has takenplace? Now if you allow any of these things above to transpire with and turn ablind eye then you are in great deception.

Definitions of
deception
on the Web:

misrepresentation: a misleading falsehood

the act of deceiving

Deception, beguilement, deceit, bluff, mystification, and subterfugeare acts to propagate beliefs that are not true, or not the whole truth(as in half-truths or omission). Deception can involve dissimulation, propaganda, sleight of hand. It can employ distraction, camouflage orconcealment. ...

An instance of actions and/or schemes fabricated to mislead and/ordelude someone into errantly believing a lie or inaccuracy

deceptive - causing one to believe what is not true or fail to believewhat is true; "deceptive calm"; "a delusory pleasure"Scripture says that the old serpent called the Devil and S.a.tan hasdeceived the whole world
(Revelation 12:9).
Do you realize just how deep that deception is?This article will reveal some of the depths of deception to those who areable to receive it. To many Christians the above question would beblasphemous to even contemplate! They would never even consider the thought much less study like the nobleBereans of whom it is written in the Scriptures:
"Now these were morenoble than those in Thessalonica who received the word with great eagerness, and searched the Scriptures daily, if these words were so." (Acts 17:11)
But knowing that the Scriptures reveal to us:
"And the great dragon wasthrown out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and S.a.tan, wholeads the entire world astray." (Revelation 12:9)
In light of this, does it not behove us to study the Scriptures in order to seeif we too have been led astray by the old serpent, called the Devil andS.a.tan?More so in light of the following Scripture which explicitly tells us thatsalvation comes in only one exclusive name:
"Neither is there salvationin any other: for there is no other Name under the shamayim(Heavens) given among men, whereby we must be saved.." (Acts 4:12).
Is it not evident then according to the above quoted verse that if S.a.tanwants to keep us from being saved or delivered all he has to do is todeceive us into calling on another name rather than the one exclusive namethat has been given for that very purpose by our
Creator
?

I am always shocked and amazed at the ignorance of the Creator's

professed people who cannot understand the simple fact that one is oneand never two, three, four, five, e
tc…
At the end of the day you when it comes to Yahuwah and His blessed Namea spade is a spade. A very good example is example of the good treebringing forth bad fruit. An Apple tree does not produce oranges and neither does a banana treeproduce coconuts.
Matthew 7:13-19 (RSTNE)

13
Enter in at the narrow gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leads to destruction, and many there be who go in that gate:
14
Because narrow is the gate, and difficult is the way, that leads tochayim (life), and few there be that find it.
15
Beware of false neviim (prophets), who come to you in
lamb
‟
s
clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
16
You shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thorns,or figs from thistles?
17
Even so every tov eytz (tree) brings forth tov (good) fruit; but a corrupt eytz (tree) brings forth evil fruit.
18
A tov eytz (tree) cannot bring forth evil fruit; neither can a corrupt eytz (tree) bring forth tov (good) fruit.
19
Every eytz (tree) that brings not forth tov (good) fruit is cut down, and cast into the fire.
So it is with Yahuwah the Most Powerful, Respected, Reverenced and SetApart Elohim, we cannot and should not call Him something that
HE ISNOT!
Now surely if there is only one name given how can these professedbelievers say that it
doe
sn’t

matter what name they call on?Are they not deceived by that old serpent S.a.tan the Devil if they arecalling on any other name other than that one exclusive name that wasgiven by our
Creator Himself
?Surely you can see that the only answer to our questions is
yes, they havemost definitely been deceived!

ravsam123 Thank you for this teaching. This is important no matter your persausion. After 7 is His favorite number and He put is name in His scripture 1000x 7 so it was important. It is high time we get past what the greeks and romans thought and read what Yahweh and Yahshua said in the scripture. Tai
