A side to side garter rib hat by Shrinking MimsyGauge = 4 stitches per inch in garter stitchNeeds 2-4 oz worsted weight yarn, size 8 needles, circs or straight, yarnneedleCast on 40 stitches,Row 1: knit 40 turn (on each row, before last stitch, bring yarn to front andslip last stitch)Row2: Knit 35, wrap and turn (bring yarn to front between needles, slip thenext stitch, bring yarn to back, slip stitch back, turn work and knit next rowfrom this point.)
