Islam
Literally it means to completely surrender, to give up resistance, andunquestioningly obey Divine commandments of Allah SWT.
Truly, the Deen with Allâh is Islam. 3:19
“This day, I have perfected your Deen for you, completed my favor upon you, andhave chosen for you Islam as your Deen” (5:3)
He (Allâh) has ordained for you the same Deen (Islam) which He ordained forNoah, and that which We have inspired in you (O Muhammad SAW), and thatwhich We ordained for Abraham, Moses and Jesus saying you should establishthis Deen and make no divisions in it. 42:13
And this (submission to Allâh, Islam) was enjoined by Ibrahim (Abraham) uponhis sons and by Ya'qûb (Jacob), (saying), "O my sons! Allâh has chosen for youthe (true) Deen, then die not except in the Faith of Islam (as Muslims - IslamicMonotheism)." 2:132
And who can be better in Deen than one who submits his face (himself) to Allâh(i.e. follows Allah's Deen of Islamic Monotheism); 4:125
"Say (O Muhammad
SAW
): "Verily, my Salât (prayer), my sacrifice, my living, andmy dying are for Allâh, the Lord of the 'Alamîn (mankind, jinns and all that exists)."He has no partner. And of this I have been commanded, and I am the first of theMuslims." 6:162-163
"And I am commanded (this) in order that I may be the first of those who submitthemselves to Allâh (in Islam) as Muslims." 39:12
Say (O Muhammad
SAW
): "O you mankind! If you are in doubt as to my Deen(Islam), then (know that) I will never worship those whom you worship, besidesAllâh. But I worship Allâh Who causes you to die, I am commanded to be one ofthe believers. 10:104
And the first to embrace Islam of the Muhâjirûn (those who migrated fromMakkah to Al-Madinah) and the Ansâr (the citizens of Al-Madinah who helpedand gave aid to the Muhâjirûn) and also those who followed them exactly (inFaith). Allâh is well-pleased with them as they are well-pleased with Him. He hasprepared for them Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise), to dwell thereinforever. That is the supreme success. 9:100
How shall Allâh guide a people who disbelieved after their belief and after theybore witness that the Messenger (Muhammad
SAW
) is true and after clear proofs
