The most obscene here is the bill itself. Have a quick rundown on the text of this Senate Bill by then Presidential Candidate Manny Villar. After you've had your laugh and wiped away your tears of incredulity, consider that the author of this bill ran for president during the 2010 elections. Please consider the definition for "obscene". According to ol' Manny, any work of art or print that excite impure thoughts or arouse prurient interest... regardless of the motive of the producer will be deemed obscene. Hang on there a minute, even a gaddam IDIOT could sense something is terribly wrong with this bill. Check out how Manny defines "pornography". How many paintings, works of fiction, film, scripts and sculpture will we have to put away? Watch out ARTISTS who celebrate the human form, Manny hates you so much, that he explicitly doesn't want you receiving the benefits of the Probation Law - while killers, robbers and extortionist can. Artists, you must be the spawn of Satan or something to be the object of such wrath from Manny! Until I have read it, I wouldn't have believed it.
