I don't know what the book say's, but if your talking about Scott Marlatt, he got rich by ripping off a multitude of "customers". Rip's off one group and moves on to the next. Hope he has an accident with one of his swords soon! It would save more people from being victimized. "Square Trade" sucks too!!!
