Introduction:
Requesting transcripts is a very common questionasked in the Registrar’s office multiple times, daily. Students need tobe made aware of the simple process in order to reduce the amount of time that the Call Center staff spends on the phone guiding studentsthrough the process. Current students have the ability to request theircollege academic transcripts by logging into Flashline. However, foralumni whose accounts have been deactivated they will need tosubmit written request (fax or mail).
Instruction:
The teacher will walk the students through the process of requesting transcripts using Flashline once. Students will then use theguided instructions to complete the process on their own.
