In the past two years, TriMet has received more than 530 complaints about bus and train operators using cell phones on the job. Through a public records request, The Oregonian obtained the complaints, which show operators distracted by talking and texting weaving, missing stops, and nearly hitting pedestrians and other vehicles. Here are all rider complaints between Sept. 1, 2007, and Oct. 31, 2009.
