TR&R - minutes 2/11/2009Coastal Commission required City to ParkCity was formed in 1991 but contract preceded the city formedCounty and the School District, City of Malibu assumed25 yr agreement between School District and Parks will be up, but noMeasure BB $256.000.000 to Malibu High Schoolthey want lights on the Football field, upsetting the same people who don't want lightson the arenaNow they want more parking up above, also causing a row with neighbors.Rod thinks that the arenas will be safe and the City will leave them alone.Rod brought up to the City that both arenas are not safe.Brad has gotten some bids to fix the footing for around $45KCity has the funds, but they won't be allocated until July.Mike Crowley will be our arena manager, with additional check of $3500 to finish pay offthe tractorMike will operate the tractor and TR&R now has a tractor and operator for the arenacare.Brad Langenberg has introduced the concept of Team Sorting for Malibu as an activity.A contractor bring calves into arena -If you want to use the upper arena you must name as indemnified the TR&R, SantaMonica School district and CIty of Malibu in your insurance.TR&R has 1st priority for the arena shows.Roberts Rules will apply7:00 - 7:30 public input 3 min with timer1) show reports must come in on time.
