Getting Started with Diigo

Part 1: Setting up a Diigo Account
Step 1:
Go to the Diigo website <http://www.diigo.com> and click the
Join Now 
button.
Step 2:
Fill in the information on the online form provided to create your account

Step 3:
Setting up your profile. You can create a Diigo avatar by uploading a photo if you wish. This is helpful in developing asense of community. You can add some basic information about yourself or skip it if you do not wish to share this type of information.
Step 5:
Find friends. If you want to have Diigo search your address book for people in yourcontacts that are already using Diigo
Step 6:
Diigo will send you an email to activate your account

Part 2: Installing the Diigo Toolbar on your Browser
Step 1:
 After you activate your account you will be prompted to download the Diigo toolbar to your Internet Browser
